I found this article on BBC website, it mentioned

Much of the action has been filmed in south Wales at locations including Cosmeston Medieval Village (ep. 110), Wenallt Woods (in the Caerphilly mountains), Fforest Fawr (outside Castell Coch, ep. 204) and Southerndown (the beach in ep. 111).

The inside of the Tunnels of Andor might be filmed in Clearwell Caves, but the outside was filmed at the Three Bears Caves, Fforest Fawr Country Park.
