Wandering in Wales - Merlin filming sites - what you can see in 2 days

I recently visited Wales for 2 days and saw 6 filming sites. I wouldn't recommend more than that, although some of them are very close to each other. As someone from the US, driving on the left side was 'fun' but I got used to it. The narrow roads - not so much. But it was well worth the trip.

Day 1 - Dunraven Bay, Cosmeston Medieval Village and Caerphilly Castle
Day 2 - Speech House Lake, Puzzlewood and Raglan Castle

Thanks. I had a marvelous time and your location information was a big help. I am glad I didn't try to do more things the first day because by the second day, I was really exhausted. There was just so much choice! I need to come back and do more. :D

Thank you again! :-) Of course that is one of the real tests of this community - whether it's actually useful 'on the ground', as it were. So it's really great to receive your feedback.

I was really sorry to miss you, too. It was just all a bit much that day, wasn't it! But next time you're over on this side of the pond, I will really make the effort to make it happen. I'd love to chat with you in person rather than in comments! :-D

That would be wonderful to get together. I don't know when I'll be back in the UK although I am definitely going to Pierrefonds sometime either April or June, depending on what the filming schedule is. But then I'd probably stay in Paris afterwards and go to a few places I've missed there.
