Intent on belatedly following the boys on their road trip (stalking: ur doing it wrong) I headed for the Clwyd Theatr Cymru in Mold. This is where Colin and Bradley took Scott Lloyd for a cuppa after they found themselves locked out of the library.
The Theatre is a little further up the road from the council buildings which house the Arthurian Collection, on the other side of the two storey car park. There is a large cafe on the ground floor - but our three fellows ended up in the lounge area on the second floor, where there is a smaller cafe which serves refreshments during intervals.
By this time we're high up the hill, so there's a good view back down over the town and to the distant hills. No one was around, so I had a bit of a Colin!squirm in a couple of chairs, but didn't quite get the right vibes. Probably just as well.
Art is exhibited on the walls of this and other areas, so we can always pretend to be looking at that on future visits! There's a bus stop right outside the Theatre, which will be handy for visits to the library as well.

Well, this location is really only for those of you who would go to Abergavenny train station to roll around on the platform, or who need a stiff cuppa after reading all those weighty Arthurian tomes at the library... Oh wait! That's probably every single one of you! OK, then: three pointy hats.
