Thank you so much! I'm delighted to know you have enjoyed the reports and photos - and especially for their broad content. I know I'm 'preaching to the choir' here, but watching the filming like this really brings it home to me again and again what a team effort any film or tv production is. We have so many people to thank for the magic that's created for our screens! It's great that so many of us fans appreciate that. (Though, heck, I can sure understand a tight focus on the gorgeous actors, too!)
In answer to your question: Well, I did. But I don't want to cross the line of confidentiality here.
What it boils down to, I suppose, is that I went in with the belief that no decision had been made yet re a 6th season - and I left with the firm belief that that is indeed the case. The crew member commented on the number of fans - far more than usual - and I said that I thought it was because we felt it was probably the last chance. The crew member was very surprised that we should think so.
I really do think the decision hasn't been made yet, and I can't see why Shine and the BBC wouldn't want to wait for the viewing numbers and reactions to the first episodes of the 5th season.
Whichever way you want it to go, I'd suggest you keep those fingers crossed! :-)
