filming in Pierrefonds on 4 May

Hurrah! More Rupert!heaven yesterday, plus the rest of the knights (except for Santiago), as well as Colin, Bradley, Angel, Dale and Alice, Andreas - and some more general pics.

I have posted them to flickr here and here. They're all the same set as the previous day's, which strikes me now as not very useful, but the two links will take you to the new photos. There's nothing very spoilery, other than the presence of A New Actor.

Interesting part of the day was chatting with Dale and Alice while they took some new establishing shots of the Chateau, given the new film format.

Also, Andreas appeared, and trained The Sizzlingly Hot Knights on the grassy area before the Chateau, which was rather fun to watch. Rupert was really getting into it... {happy sighs}

We were indeed blessed with a Rupert!overdose on the Tuesday - and plenty of him since, as well. Of course my camera and I were naturally drawn in his direction, but then he also had plenty to do that day. It was a win/win situation. :-D

That torero pic is made of golden win! ♥ I'm so happy to see Rupert in so many pics, it gives me hope that the character of Sir Leon'll be explored a bit more, that he'll have actual story lines, even if they're rather small. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I LOVE THE MEN (Rupert and Sir Leon) TO BITS! *happy sigh*

Your pics are fantastic. You have such a great eye for detail, 'image composition' (is that something you'd say in English?) and beauty, looking at your pics (and butchering them for graphics/icons) is always a delight. Hope you're back home safely, please to give a hug to Mr. merlocmod (and let him hug you in return on my behalf).

We do indeed say 'composition', exactly that. Thank you! And of course you do not butcher at all, but only enhance and create from the raw material I (and others) provide. We make a great team!

P.S. I'm so glad you liked these... As you probably gathered, the knights/actors were training in the evening light. Which kind of made my job a simple point-and-shoot. The light in Pierrefonds is rarely uninteresting!

Hon, they never film on weekends, and my earlier information was that they would be going home on the 13th. It now seems they will be going home on the 11th. Sorry to disappoint you! (But the Chateau itself is worth a visit.) ♥

Yeah, Rupert and Tom are really astonishingly tall, and lovely with it. That shot really brings it home, doesn't it? It was funny that when I first said hello to Rupert, I was standing on a wall/ledge that was about two feet high, so I was actually taller than him... I told him I didn't even think that was possible. :-D
